What's New
Coming Christmas 2007, Kalahari will expand its 80,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark an additional 93,000 sq. ft. and become America’s largest indoor waterpark! This amazing facility will showcase a large African themed restaurant and bar offering a variety of food choices and featuring flair bartenders. The expansion will feature a new Texlon transparent roofing system that allows natural sunlight to enter. Bask in the sun in the new 13,000 sq. ft. indoor wave pool or sunbathe on the 13,000 sq. ft. mezzanine deck 13’ above the main floor! Other additions include the Behemoth Bowl which rotates two to four people through its 60’ diameter bowl, the Octopus Racers where you can race down a 55’ incline, a body slide Pro Bowl ride, a second FlowRider® located near two new indoor/outdoor spas with swim up bar, a 3,700 sq. ft. basketball pool, a 2,500 sq. ft. children’s play area and much more!

Shopping
Tiffin Flea Market at the Seneca County Fairgrounds is the largest flea market in NW Ohio, with eight shows running May-October. Managed by the Seneca Co. Jr. Fair Foundation, a non-profit organization.
The Sawmill Creek Shops are housed in a restored barn and offer a wide variety of upscale men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. The lofts are filled with interesting selections of practical and unique gifts.

Recreation
Cedar Point Amusement Park(419-627-2350) has over 70 rides including 17 roller coasters. Don't miss this year's brand new Maverick! The wild-west-themed Maverick will be a terrain-hugging coaster featuring a 95-degree angle drop first hill, eight “airtime-filled hills,” many twists and hairpin turns, and a surprise 70 mph second launch through a dark tunnel.
